There's not too much difference especially since the enchantment can be the same for all 3. Keep in mind these are data mined...I'm not aware of the Purple/Gold rings being available in game.
Between the Blue/Purple levels the difference is just:
- 37 Health
- 34 Magicka
- 34 Stamina
- 39 Damage (3.6%)

Going to run:
Frost staff/Resto Staff
5 Kags
5 BC
1 Kena
Going to use the Frost Clench or Clutch whichever it is, so I get the cc plus immobilize plus the BC proc. Curios to see how it plays out.

Just wanted to drop back in to let you know that the BC + Leeching combo is ridiculous. A friend of mine put this together and we ran wgt a few times. The procs went mad, the healing was overkill. It was a lot of fun, but totally unnecessary

Sounds really fun! Strangely enough, a stamina build would benefit the most from those sets.

I agree with that, but specifically for Leeching. Elemental Expert and Thauma both buff BC. Leeching is buffed by Mighty and Thauma. The only thing about BC that makes it attractive to a stam tank is it's far superior proc rate. It's just more reliable. Kinda disappointing, really, considering BC practically grows on trees while Leeching is exceedingly difficult to get ahold of
Most of the questin regarding you, but e.g. "Do u think a Sap tank nb build or a mag dk will benefite more form bahrahas" is for every1 ^^

In a discussion on the ESO subreddit a few weeks ago, some stamina tanks talked about using Bahraha's as their means of self-heal. Interestingly, the heal is strong enough without speccing magicka/spell power to make it viable for stam builds, and the 2-4pc bonuses support any build.
As for your question about mag NB or mag DK, it's a toss up. I might lean toward mag DK because of Igneous Shield's Major Vitality buff, which would boost BC's heal quite a bit and is something that NB's don't have access to unless they run Malubeth monster set.
All Attributes toward Stamina... but food should be geared toward Health and Magicka!
Argonian Dragon Knight with 5 Heavy/1 Medium/1 Light
5 pc (heavy) Twice Born Star - all infused, prismatic with the Mundus of: Thief and Shadow
5 pc (jewelry and weapons) Bahraha's Curse -weapons infused (except the shield is sturdy), jewelry is decrease block, reduce magicka cost and reduce stamina cost.
You'll have 1H/S equipped for your tank bar and DW equipped for your aggressive bar. I like the DW option now that Bloodthirst (the rapid strikes morph) returns health. ::ahem Argonian passives ahem::

Bahara’s/Syvarra’s
Something that isn’t communicated very clearly right now is that Bahara’s Curse procs on ability cast, not on damage, as it is meant to be better for people who don’t use DoTs vs Syvarra’s which has a chance to proc on every tick (hence the lower proc rate). Syvarra’s performs better with more DoT focused builds.
Does this drop in sturdy at all?
