Khajiit or wood elf

I was about to start leveling a new toon but on different factions and I wanted a Stamblade but, I started to question the racists because I'm a min/max type of guy. I heard carnage was bugged is this still true? And wouldn't wood elf be the superior choice since the 21 Stam regen and 3% max stats khajiit looks cool man lol

Lol word elf... They're about equal. Wood elf of more sustain while khajit is more dps. Wood elfs can be smaller which is a plus for pvp in my book. They do NOT have tails though..

Wood elf- poison resist, max stam, stam recovery (21%)

Khajiit- crit, health recovery, stam recovery (10%, I think)

I chose Bosmer

Agree with this. I have a Khajiit and love it. However, since my magblade typically runs most PVE content for me now, I am using the khajiit mostly in PVP. It is strong, but I am envious of some woodelf builds I see that have higher max stam, higher weapon damage, and higher recovery. The 21% recovery is huge, and allows them to stack stats in other areas.
