Will the consequence of veteran rank removal be loss of scaled instances?
There's still going to be a heck of a difference between 10 CP and 160 CP. Will the 10 CP guy then have to distribute another 150 temporary CP upon joining the group for a CP 160 scaled instance? How is it planned to adjust for the CP difference in regards to (pick one or many: regeneration, imcoming damage reduction, resistance, outgoing damage increase, cost reductions, magicka return, treasure chest hunter perk...)
These are differences currently simply ignored. Once dungeon difficulty is related directly to CP, how will this be coped with?

- They will scale the base stats to level 50.
- Scaling will not add more CPs (same as now).

Why the hell would they make usable CP cap 501 and then remove VR completely and downgrade the CP cap to 160?
