Medium armor all 7 pieces. These suggestions are undr the assumption he wants to hit hard but be a bit survivable. Hundings rage is his 5 piece. It gives a flat increase to weapon damage and as a nb you get major fracture from suprise attack so you dont need nightmother. Your top options for traits are infused, and divines. you will use max stam glyphs for his armor, infused will increase this glyphs strength while divines will increase the mundus stone power. You cant go wrong with infused, the biggest benefit to divines imo is that you can make a big stat change simply changing your mundus, with all purple and infused he will have around 25k stam so its just by prefrence. The head , legs , and chest give bigger bonuses for the trait while all other pieces give a smaller value. For jewelry he will want agility which can be from 15k-100k, if he can get 2 agility rings and necklace with health instea of stam it will make it a lot cheaper per piece. This would put him around 19k health in cyrodil. Throw weapon damage or stam recov enchants on the jewelry base off if he wants to hit harder or needs recov. He can also go to the imperial city and collect claw or tooth trophies to get agility jewelry with imperial city dlc or briarheart pieces from orsinium daily quests. Until he gets the monster sets which can be nought with ap as well make his helm, shoulders, and weapons nightmothers to give him extra stat bonueses until he can replace it.

Attributes: 20 Mag, 24 Health, 20 Stamina - This is where he is right now..

Bone_Demon wrote: »Since he is dual wielding i want to suggest 5 piece Hunding's Rage 1 piece molag kena and 1 piece blood spawn(if monster sets are unavailable for the moment for your son i'd say night's silence would do)
2x Sharpened agility weapons(mace/sword , mace/dagger) + 1x robust necklace of agility (weapon dmg enchant)
2x Robust endurance rings(weapon dmg enchants on both) [this way he'll get some more hp in both bars]
The mundus would be best for him to decide -> if he's running low on resources quicker than the opponent's death he should choose serpent otherwise if he doesnt have resource management problems he should use warrior/shadow.
For the armor enchants use infused on the big pieces -> head, chest, legs
and for the rest use impenetrable*
*some people might suggest divines but judging from the race choice of bosmer the impen would probably give better results because bosmer's stamina regen is really high
in regards to the NMG vs HR when your foes is using impen the 5 piece for NMG is unaffected. yes both sets 2 and 4 piece bonuses for more crit chance become less effective but unless im mistaken impen reduces crit damage not crit chance and the 5 pc NMG lowers resistances when you land a crit leaving it unaffected by impen. (Even if impen did/does reduce crit chance you can still get full use out of NMG bonus by using cloak to guarantee a crit.)I use all 64 points into stamina. If you find you need more health then you can fix this through enchants. Your target for PVP is 20k health minimum as DPS, and you can have more for better survivability. Also if you can get around 2000 stam regen, this will help a lot with sustain.
For traits you generally want to get Impenetrable on as many pieces as possible. This is because of the current high burst damage meta that we're seeing, and going Impen reduces the impact of crit damage. In fact, sets that give additional crit like Night Mother's are not as useful in PVP as they are in PVE because most players are running Impen. You could say that about Hunding's Rage as well, but that five piece bonus is not easily overlooked so it's very useful.
I have a number of v16 builds that I've been working on since the Thieves Guild was released. Here are a few:

Other sets worth looking into: Shield Breaker and Morkuldin
Other skills you might consider slotting depending on the situation: Efficient Purge, Siphoning Attacks, Piercing Mark, and Shadow Image.
I also made a video discussing some of these builds if you are interested, though it is rather lengthy (42 mins) and I didn't have the voice recording at quite the right volume. I'm going to make an update video soon.
yep thats right and ive actually been planning in testing that set combined with cloak to guarantee it procs and using focused aim to proc it so the NMG debuff as well as the minor debuff from focused aim are simultaneously applied. from there ambush into suprise attack and boom 5200 + ~3000 + ~1100 = ~9300 armor debuff. you probably wouldnt even need sharpened if you did that and with sharpened could probably make tanks feel naked lol.@Savage_Audacity so nightmothers isnt major fracture? Thats nice to know, Now i think about it major fracture is 5200 right?People dont use heavy armor really though, with sharpened weapons your already bringing most armor down to nothing id think. I still dont know how to check penetration numbers on console though
