[Ebonheart Pact Spoilers]: Bleakrock/Bal Foyen characters

Okay, I've looked everywhere but can't find any info on where Bleakrock/Bal Foyen characters show up later in the game.
I know they turn up in Davon's Watch (Graveyard) and Kragenmoor (Mages guild, Fighters guild and near the entrance) in Stonefalls after you finish the EP intro areas. But do they appear in Deshaan? I really liked following the starter zone characters on the covenant, but could never find the EP guys again after Stonefalls on my last playthrough (Except Aera in those Rift quests).
So does anyone know where Captain Rana or Darj and their crews turn up in the Ebonheart Zones beyond Stonefalls?

✭I've played the Pact zones through 8x (and more), and I only can remember Aera showing up in Shor's Stone and Nimalten (Rift), not anyone else.
Except for Fetches-Glitter, he's a merchant in Dhalmora (Bal Foyen), and was "supposed" to be in Davon's Watch AFTER the events on Bal Foyen but we'll see him from the beginning. His dialogue is still the same as it was in beta where we (the players) did the starter islands first and THEN entered Davon's Watch. It might be pretty confusing to any new player who never got to play it in the previous order... Not sure why his dialogue was never reworked. He's still talking about what happened in Bal Foyen, although you still have to go there and "let it happen".

✭✭✭Some characters you don't see until at least 2 zones later. Whoever you may not see in Deshaan you may see in Shadowfen or even Eastmarch but not before then.Guildmaster of Power With Numbers in PS4 NA Server's Aldmeri Dominion.

Yeah, I'm aware. But I want to know their exact location so I can see their dialogue.
