HELP! Did not receive crowns AGAIN. Please help!

I have ESO Plus and was billed on April 14th and did not receive my crowns. This happened last month and I had to put in a service ticket and they verified I had ESO Plus and was billed. ZOS please help: my GT is Paneross and I put in a in game request 2 days ago and haven't heard anything back.
