    I think most would like a higher possibility for what we consider better items but dungeon difficulty is unrelated.
    Because of how the random dungeon tool can place a range of level 12 -VR16 in some dungeons but ZOS designed certain even with scaling to only be likely at much higher levels, adjustments would need to occur regardless of drops.

    They need to seriously stop nerfing ICP/WGT; it's do-able. If players are struggling then it's their fault/groups fault. I have no problem teaching a player struggling like I did for ICP and WGT; if you're new to the dungeon then speak up and let us know so we can teach you.

    You can't teach someone who doesn't have the skills unlocked. That's the whole point. It's not all that players lack the know how, a lot of it is that they literally don't have the tools for use because ZOS opened up a lot of dungeons with scaling that are less likely at lower levels if the lower level is a critical role like tank or healer.

    not always the case. i cant find a group for vwgt on eu server to save my life. either you show your achievement or they tell you to *** off and go hydrate. ive done vwgt 30+ times on na server. never had a chance on eu server. i try almost every day

    Buffing RNG won't accomplish ZOS goals, which is to increase player participation in those dungeons (it'll accomplish the opposite, as experience players will get all their gear and ignore those dungeons forever.)

    My alternate suggestion is to reduce the length of those dungeons by removing trash mobs (and maybe map shortcuts, to reduce walking time.) Shorter dungeons means that experienced players will more likely take on a newbie; in a way, you can't blame groups for being wary with invites when pugging icp means it's 1 hour+ commitment with strangers of unknown quality. It'll benefit the grinders as well -- that well-fitted scalding piece will be less painful when it takes you half the time to get it.
