yeah templar is great high spell damage with high tankiness. i use heavy armor on the cp campaigns and usually have no problem in sustaining in it while still having 3200spell damage and 36000 magicka just have a look at the video lefty lucy was featuring of me. unfortunatly templar take a huge nerf if i have 0 cp because cp synnergize the best with templars still a small price to pay for a not that lagging campaign

On non-cp, I would scale back your build on spell power for regen. You don't need 3200 if you are already focused on tankiness and need some regen. 2000 spell power might be good if it means letting you have 1500 mana regen.
My Templar is a BS health build that forces the long-game on enemies with percise traits, cost reduction, full armor and blood spawn to force ultimate gains. It does better in AZ since burst meta isn't as obscenely inflated like in the regular campaigns. And players are more cautious to commit to breaches due to resources. Very dynamic IMHO.
