Sometimes C Frags knocks them down, sometimes it doesnt - whats the deal?

    If the Frag flies over their head 5 times in a row, it's because they're dirty cheaters using Shuffle exploit.

    Im dying for someone to explain how this works or to see a video of it. Especially since ZOS has claimed that shuffle has no exploit involved. Personally shuffle does what its supposed to for me. I cant seem to dodge everything like some people are claiming... Also havent seen anyone dodging a suspicious amounts of attacks from my PvP these past few weeks. Hmm.. maybe ive just been lucky to not run into exploiters. Strange cos Ive got quite a few guildies who are swearing that they have seen people with untouchable toons thanks to shuffle exploit.
