Trinimac's Valor + Combat Physician Procs

I'm trying to turn one of my healers into a heavy shield/damage mitigation healer. As I was looking through sets I found that Trinimac's Valor gives heals on a 20% shield cast proc. Where the Combat physician set gives a shield on heal crit.

My question is: Does the Trinimac heal/damage proc of of this shield as well, or just player casted shields?

sorry, i cant answer your question. but-

forget about the combat phys.

it is a bad thought out set, with a bad uptime (only one player/x secs.) giving you a bad shield (7k?)

it is 100% useless.

Trinimac will not be triggered by physician. Unless they changed something in TG sets don't proc each other.

The only way I know of to guarantee Trinimac is as a sorc with Pets.

DKs with Igneous Shields can proc Trinimac for days but honestly the proc of Trinimac is hardly worth it. That 2 second delay for the shard to explode is very sad considering the heal is already subpar and the damage isn't any better.
