Same here this is gonna be an awesome DLC I just think the high possibility of no console chat box and pc voice chat is very upsetting for most of us.
These are some of the things coming in the next DB DLC. How can this not please?:

Console chat box may make it before the DLC. Last ESO live they mentioned the engineers were putting their finishing touches on it or whatever.
@Volkodav
It doesn't please me because they're marketing class balance and updates as a DLC feature. Something that should be pushed on it's own.
I will admit that I like the IC district capture and the Sanctum update. Am I super stoked for this update? No, not really. The new game informer spread of FFXV has me stoked though.

Not to rain on your parade, but what is your point here?
You like the new DLC(or well what we know of it so far). Congratulations, it is a good thing. Really, no sarcasm.
Some people don't. Specifically the people who are into small group content(I assume the bigger group content bunch might still be occupied with vMoL) and (small scale) PvP. That's me and several dozen people in my friendlist off the top of my head at the very least. Not to say there's no good stuff listed there but I see zero reason for me personally to buy this DLC.
...I just noticed this, why did you leave the dungeon part out? I'm just curious

From this, how do you yourself, see yourself entertained and engaged with that for longer than 2 weeks?

BTW, you conveniently left out the nerf to vCoA, vWGT and vICP, which very much does not please me.
Those nerfs weren't a part of that announcement so OP can't really leave something out that wasn't there in the first place.
In addition, we have numerous changes and improvements for previous DLC game packs including a new District capture system for Imperial City, and rebalancing for the Imperial City dungeons.

That is plain wrong. This is a part of the announcement that wasn't quoted in the OP:In addition, we have numerous changes and improvements for previous DLC game packs including a new District capture system for Imperial City, and rebalancing for the Imperial City dungeons.
The bolded part was later explained by @ZOS_Finn to mean a nerf to the three dungeons I mentioned.
