(5 items) When you heal an ally with a healing over time effect, grant them 1259 resistance to critical hits for 2 seconds.
This ONLY procs if I have a shield and weapon swap to it. That was the only time we made this proc.
Edit. Turns out it only procs when your hp is not full, and I had hp enchant in my shield, witch is why I only got this proc when I weapon swapped:)

✭✭I've been using for quite some time now. The proc is obvious, bluish white swirls around your char. It procs on everyone affected by the wearer's hots, including cleansing ritual and morphs. It has no internal cooldown and will be up for the whole duration of the hot as long as the target is actually healed.
It's beautiful for group play, since everyone will be near the hardcap for crit damage reduction with it and a few golden impen pieces.
The tooltip clearly states "if healed by a HoT", so it seems to work as intended. In your case, you probably have a health or prismatic enchant on your shield, which changes total health, having the hot actually heal you.Edited by Leandor on April 20, 2016 9:45PM1 -

Aah wait, I had health enchant in the shield..
Witch means when I swap to my shield bar, I have more health then on my other bar.
