I live in England and I would like to know if can I play on the North American server without lag issues or any other problem?

    You can, of course. But you may have some latency (lag) issues due to distance between England and United States. Not a big issue, and you should be able to play without any problems.

    However, as you know, you may have a better gameplay experience playing on Europe servers.

    I play on the US and EU server, noticed no issues at all.
