even tho I'm sure you have.....
I'm in right now...not in Cyrodil tho but in Stormhaven DC as my main faction and its noticeably slower in the response of my character when I move or attack (cast spells or interact) than las night by about .3 or .5 seconds.

- It will now be easier to jump and move forward to land on top of fixtures and terrain.
the above has changed something that has a seemingly overall impact on the fluidity of gameplay in a negative manner felt on console as we use a controller and it now has a noticeable delay of at least half a second which is critical.

✭✭@ZOS_GinaBruno can we please get this looked at. Everything is fine until combat starts and then everything slows down drastically. Yes everything has been downloaded correctly and restarted etc but this is rediculous now, almost like the devs are cheating trying to make content harder here. Every patch performance is just going backwards.PC Master Race
