ACCESS CODE Screens? What's with this?

Is anyone else having this problem? I play ESO on a MacBook Pro and a desktop at home. Obviously, my MacBook Pro travels with me to various places: work, Starbucks, etc., wherever I am. I haven't done any traveling lately so it should all be in the same area - in fact, probably within a 30 mile radius.
Monday morning I logged on (MacBook Pro) and was asked for a ACCESS CODE. I was at work early and just planning on feeding my horse, checking my mail, etc. So I logged off, got the access code, logged back in and got online. When I got home and decided to long onto my Windows machine, I got the same message. So I logged off again and went through the who process a second time.
This morning, I get to work early, again thinking I'll just feed my horse, and I have to go through the entire damn process again. The thing is, I've been doing this off and on every day for almost two years and I've never had to do this before. I mean, I've had to do it once in awhile, but never like this.

✭✭✭✭✭in the upper right of the login input fields are two symbols - one of them is a house - click that - that is "trusted access". But on a mobile device it might be better to leave it on the other symbol with the access code mechanics. But it's your choice.Edited by Lysette on April 19, 2016 6:30PM1 -
