✭✭✭✭✭You kind of can with pickpocket you can force an NPC to stop moving or change directions if you stand in front of them while someone from behind is trying to pickpocket. The momentary stopping of the NPC may cause the player to think this is a good opportunity to grab, but it can also increase the "aware" factor of the NPC as they had to abruptly stop as you stepped in their collision radius.0 -

I honestly would not mind if they allowed players to snitch on other players to draw NPC attention if the potential for griefing wasn't there. It's even blackmail material...Guildmaster of Power With Numbers in PS4 NA Server's Aldmeri Dominion.

joker0137✭✭✭You would think that if it was just you and one NPC in a house and you were spotted stealing, killing the NPC would remove the bounty as there would be no witnesses left.Just A White Line Nightmare
