Requesting CoD Retrieval

Hi Zos, just requesting an option to retrieve our CoD's we sent out.
Why? Lets say im selling 30k worth of stuff in zone, Jimmy asks me to CoD him, but then he lets it sit there for the 30 days until it returns. I dont know whats wrong with people, but if they think that is funny then I would like to be able to retrieve these ignored CoD's.
Any other reasons this could be a good implementation?
