Scortched Earth vs Arrow Barrage

As a stamina dk I always use scorched earth simply because it's no use not using your passives if your a dunmer that is but for other races and classes probably arrow barrage huh?

even for other classes Scortched earth is better, as long as you have Maelstrom bow

Great video! Awesome testing scenarios.
Keep in mind the area radius of arrow barrage is bigger which for multiple targets would create a possible advantage because it may hit more adds.
That would be something to be tested though, how many adds would be needed to make the difference.
