Grinding PVP skills

How can I grind skills from PVP Assault line? I'd like to have Caltrops and Vigor, but I'm terribly bad in PvP. I don't understand it, do not enjoy and die almost instantly in any collision (stamina/templar/dunmer).

Is there any way to obtain Assault line skills relatively easily for non-pvp player?

Nope,other than pvp.they are stupid easy to get now.leveling them once they're unlocked can be done outside pvp though.

Nope. You need AP to unlock them.
PvP is about practice. Don't expect to be any good when you start.

If you want an easy way to gain moderate AP just in the Arena, pick up the bounties and get in a large group. Either spam heals (even if you're a Stam build, just level up Resto to get Regeneration) or whatever AOEs you currently have.

For a new PvPer i sugjest join a pug raid and run with them. Just spam zone chat with "lfg" until someone inv you. For a newbie its much safer to run i big group, and whatever your group kills, you share AP. Also stay near keeps/outposts/resources after defending them for deff ticks. After a few days you'll get enough AP, who knows you might even enjoy it and stay for fun.

Buy lots of keep repair stones & repair all the walls of every keep. Buy siege like fire ballistas & meatbag catapults & use them from the relative safety of the keep walls to destroy enemy siege. Heals on your fellow troops.

Tried that (repair) already, it costs a lot but resulting AP gain is minimal.

Will try fire ballistas, thanks.

In about a week if you can suffer through it, you can get rank 6. It's what I did.

Easiest is to be a healer in battles, but I was not. Basically stay around keeps with activity, you get a "Keep defense" tick, more if the battle was larger and was pushed back. Also, go into any dungeon in the Cyrolag and kill one boss in there. you get a buff only active in PVP that grants 20% bonus AP when any is gained.

You will die a lot, but doing the quests at the gate slowly help. Kill quests are easy enough to do when you are on seige. If you hit someone with it, if they die you will get credit for their death even if you specifically didn't kill them.

It's a few other things but I also dont care much for PVP in MMO's, this is just a few things I wanted to share.

say what? And here I was this whole time thinking it was about following 30 other players of your own alliance, popping proxy det every 8 seconds to chase down one enemy player and spam Radiant Opression on them at 100% health... followed up by spamming zone chat with the battle cry "REKT" as if you did all the damage solo.
