NPC Double Reset Bug

If a mob ends up resetting for any reason be it everyone around was slain or they left the mob's vicinity thus inducing a reset it will immediately reset again upon getting hit if you attack it before it fights back. This has caused many of my stealth attacks to be useless thus robbing me of my pre-emptive advantage.
Please fix this issue! I'm sick and tired of dealing with it.

✭✭✭I wish to bump this thread to convey my frustration at this happening with no way for me to do anything about it beyond ignore my pre-emptive strike advantage...
