Why can't we *** gain cp while lvling new alts?

Of course, I think CPs shouldn't be used for things like gear requirement or provisioning levels. I disagree with this design, but ZOS isn't going to change their minds now.

The catch up mechanism allows you to get CPs at a ridiculous rate, and the enlightenment you stack while on a non-vet toon means you are gaining CPs at more or less the same rate, yet you feel you should also accrue CPs while on a non-vet toon?!

This truly shows that some people are sooo bloody entitled that they will whine about absolutely anything. Really, grow up and don't expect things to be spoon fed to you.

I have leveled eight toons and I gained more CPs doing so than playing on my main. Reason is because when you are power grinding an alt, you are most likelt running XP pots/scrolls and you are dedicated to the grind. You will accrue more XP this way than the more casual play on a main.

Move on. There is no issue here

Just for clarity here. If people are asking for the cp gains to start at level 1, and the math states that by current standards they'd only get a few cp's until they hit vet anyhow, are we asking for another cp exp nerf as well? If so, and cp's are still shared, couldn't everyone just keep making alts and zoom through the easy leveling, racking up cp's for their vet characters until they hit max?

When we hit V 16, it's normal that we want to roll another class, it's the most interesting thing to do. And why no CPs for doing so? I saw no one proposing what i call a good reason for that so far.

And i think CPs should be earned more slowly overall, just from all chars at reasonable rate
