[SOLVED] x64 bit launcher issue

Hi,
after I did a re-install of my Windows 10, then downloaded TESO, I can't run game with x64 client. I get error message like in attached screenshot. Before I had no such problem with x64 client. Now I can use only x32 client. Please advice if anyone know the solution.
