Beast of Falinesti glitch?

Having problem with Beast of Falinesti quest. When I found the bear I attract him I see the damage points made; but his life bar never drop. He stay looking and attacking to one direction. He can hurt me but I can't hurt him back.

Had the same issue. Seemed like the bear glitched into the wall and got stuck. Couldn't damage it or get it to follow me.0
