Stamina recovery Not work right ???

So I found that when I was in stealth and running i have no recovery. Am I the only one???

Its on purpose and It was done in an attempt to nerf the people who would "Cloak, run, and heal." if I recall.

Its silly but meh, a lot of people complained.

We were never supposed to have Stam recovery while moving in stealth or sprinting. It's a "fix." Working as intended.

You never did have AFAIK. The only way you could get recovery while moving stealthed was with drinks, but now it's gone.

Work on your stealing, pickpocket, and lock picking there's a passive that reduces the stamina cost of sneaking by 40%.

Ok so its 30 secs after coming out of stealth. if you use dark cloak and try to run away it would come back after its over for 20secs.

What??? That is insane. You mean to say that your Stamina does not recover for ~30s after decloaking? You say "dark cloak and try to run away" which leads me to believe you are sprinting after de-cloaking. Stamina no longer recovers while sprinting, to be clear. Are you testing this while not sprinting? If so, that sounds like a hellish bug.

Unfortunately having stamina recovery while sprinting or sneaking was a bug ZOS fixed with the TG patch on top of all the other nerfs stamina users got cause well magicka users QQ.

But here I am waiting for no magicka recovery when using damage shields. Where's that "fix" ZOS ?

What i don't get is when Zos "fixes" stamina recovery from stealth and sprinting when they were really none issues. Now people are really feeling the effects and it changes gameplay pretty dramatically. The sprinting change is probably the worst one, chasing or retreating sucks for all classes, stamina and magicka.

What i find very amusing, Zos's fix for all the complaint's is this:

"We have a set for that" - Zos 2016

Want reduced sprinting and crouch costs? We have a set for that.

Want a set to Zerg Bomb? We have a set for that.

Want a set to counter AoE bombing? We have a set for that.

Want a set to gank? We have a set for that.

Want a set to make roll dodging even more of a pain in the butt? We have a set for that.

Want a set to snipe spam? We have a set for that.

Want a set to prevent ganks in the sewers? We have a set for that.

You get it whilst stealthed but not whilst moving. Unsure if wrothgar food gives the slight regen too.

The issue was not the regen while in sneak, the issue was cloak if thats the reasoning so take away regen while blocking cause holding up you're shield takes so much effort .... god forbid they nerfed unbalanced abilities where it takes 3 abilities to equal 1 ability from a NB.
