Does Radiant Magelight prevent stuns from NPC nightblades?

Does Radiant Magelight prevent stun from NPC nightblade ambush attacks or just from other players?

It is was my hope that the Radiant morph for Magelight would work this way, but I think what happens is that the stun might be instantaneous rather than last a second, but you're still stunned.

To experiment, I checked out "Watcher's Hold" in Wrothgar b/c it's full of assassin types. I still had my spell/light/hvy attack interrupted, but could respond faster.

So, it sort of works. Not sure I recommend it for PvE, or how it performs in PvP.

Thanks, did you have to break the stun though? I am thinking of using this for last stage of vMA so i don't have to waste stamina breaking the stuns.

I don't think so, but your mileage may vary; I'd suggest trying it out at Watcher's Hold before depending on the morph in Maelstrom.

It doesn'twork for me. I respec'ed my morphs because the tooltip says it prevents stun and also gives some damage mitigation, which is much more valuable than the tiny amount of extra magicka of Inner Light.

It would be great since Ambush animations seems much faster than blocking animation since TG Patch and both in PvE and PvP there are a lot of such abusers

Yes but it does not prohibit four soul tether stuns back to back to back to back.

Sounds rather like the ability isn't working as intended... I was considering switching to that morph, too. No point if it's not functional.

it is the skill that stuns you unlike player NBs NPCs get the stun from there teleport strike directly not from stealth bonuses which NPCs cannot use which is the only CC type radiant magelight protects against.
