treasure question

I've stolen a big harp called : Tuneless Harp of Fiirgarion the Bard , it's a Relic treasure type and legendary quality but i can't fence it nor launder this piece of beauty.
Can somebody confirm me that this part of TG ? And if so what quest would i be looking for

It's part of Kari's Hit List, a collection of items from all over Tamriel that you can steal and return to the Thieve's Guild. Take it to the Thieve's Den and walk around upstairs in the center of the den until you find the place to place the harp.

Good job on the Harp. I think it is one of the harder ones to nick IIRC. There is an NPC next to it that never moves and finding the right place to stealth and grab it is not easy.

Hint:

The one I am talking about is in Malabal Tor Mages Guild. If you stand so the floor lamp is between you and the item, when you go to take it, the game does not move you into a place where the NPC can see you as the lamp keeps you in place
