Meteor Reflecting and Nightblade cloaking

Why cant we reflect meteors but Nightblades can cloak it?

If its not reflect able then Nightblades should not be able to cloak a meteor either

Either make Meteor reflect able again or stop Nightblades cloaking meteor

Not sure who "we" is but there are other types of attacks that cloak can thwart and reflect does not, right?

Its not just meteor, right?

So the premise possibly underlying your claim, "cloak should only work on reflectable things", does not have much precedent.

Do you have any supporting argument for the position other than "we want it that way"?

Cloak can ignore almost everything and more than a skill like Dragon scales can, crystal frag? cloak it and scale it for example, except cloak can ignore and negate more things then even dragon scales can, jesus beam? cloak it, WB? cloak that too, dots? meh just cloak them too they wont do dmg to me if i cloak, and finally meteor if i use eclipse, scales, sword and board any reflect wont work against meteor, but i can cloak it

Unfair if you ask me make met reflect able or stop nightblades cloaking meteor

NB are squishy.
We have 0 class shields and limited self heals, magic builds suffer from lack of stamina to break free of cc and Stamina have 3 good cloaks in them at best.
Bleed their weak resource dry and meteor them afterwards.
Not hard at all.

Enough about this and that about cloak already here is a simple fix to make every one happy......

Make Meteor reflectable again problem solved.

A list of differences of one trait only shows, if accurate, tooltip reading comprehension.

Balance and/or fairness, not set at individual trait level. Its set at character/class/weapon/whole enchilada level.

So, it is nor necessary that every trait be the same as every other trait. It is not needed that every trait be "fair" when compared to any single or every other individual trait. That isnt even dedirable, if you want class differences to exist beyond the cosmetic.

Its hard to take these things seriously when we have plenty of threads saying how nb are dying breed, almodt extinct, hortibly op by classes using thevssme powers included in your list of things cloak beats.

logical try reflect rock falling with erm... meteor speed lol, max you will be able to slide this only, not reflect. with cloak you can move from meteor shot.
and now with practice. try cloak metear when:
- you are in aoe on ground (you can reflecting all other skills nonstop when cloak dont work)
- someone near using det pots (nah, for what det pots if you arent invisible and you dont need it to survive?)

and now cloak just "purge" meteor with incoming damage when you with reflect no only dont getting damage from hit, you also damageing caster wit htis meteor dont wasting your ulti, maybe make it reflectable only when you have staced minimum 200 ulti to be able cast this meteor and then reflect meteor with burning your ulti, this will be not bad now, before this wast not fair, someone dont have good ulti maybe on single target/range and was forced to try cast meteor but gtfo, dk refect, ulti wasted + got damage from this.

cloak is only for protection against like this abilites when reflect is protective and offensive skill in 1

EDIT: cloak cant always work to cloak skills, here we have some things to stop/break cloak when you have reflect what will work nonstop agains range skill

It's cause it counts as a dot. My guess is the only way to fix this is to change meteor to not be a dot which means you would need to make it 8nstant and remove the aoe or make it so nb can't cloak dots. So either nerf meteor or oil nb. Not hard to counter this. If you want to land an effective meteor to begin with you need to cc the player cause any player can block it which makes it hit like a wet noidle. So if you cc them then they can't cloak. Alternatively you could cc and then aoe to ensure they don't cloak. I mean anyone can use harness or absorb from one hand and shield also to basically prevent it from hitting you.

Don't play a nightblade myself. Well i do have a really low level one but I don't see much problem with it even if they make it so it still hits them when they cloak nothing stops any class from just blocking. If you are so worried about the nightblade cloaking before your meteor hits any good player would CC first just before the meteor hits.

Yes you can cloak a meteor, you can also dodge roll, streak or even block and just walk out. Will you all stop moaning Jesus you all sound like a broken record.

Meteor can be seen several seconds before it hits you, that's your cue to be ready for it, you just want to cast dragon scales so you don't even have to think about what to do, well you know it's coming if you're not responsive enough to do anything about it then maybe you should look at your gameplay and not the fact that a meteor should be reflectable for you.

exactly...someone can write overlod is reflectable...erm its the cheapies ulti in the game lol when meteor is so expensive ulti and here is nothing to compare overload
