Should I keep playing into veteran ranks?

I'm almost at 50, but I am getting burned out of all these quests. I honestly just want to be done with them by now and reach end game...but with veteran ranks looming, I do not think the game will keep my interest.

Does gameplay change significantly once you hit 50 and go into veteran ranks? Or is the same stuff of grinding through the conveyor belt of quests.

You have more options than you did at launch:

    - You could do the silver/gold stuff and quest through the other 2 alliances plots, although the continuity handwave is a little weak the quest lines are all of similar quality and you will get skill points/skyshards etc. whihc are good if you want to max out lots of skill lines. But... if you are getting burnt out on quests probably not for you...
    - You could mob grind in one of the DLC areas - I believe the Imperial City sewers are a good choice as long as you don't mind being ganked by some TV Stone hunter from time to time...
    - I know people who just switched to PvP at VR1 and levelled there (albeit slowly)... it's viable.
    - Or you could wait for the next DLC to see if ZOS do remove Vet ranks as they have been saying they will and whether they can do it without messing anything linked with them up on a truly epic scale.
    - There are some xp grind spots out there... but ZOS do not seem to be fans of there being too many of these

Personally I liked the quests and the chance to play through the other alliances stories... but I couldn't do it too many times because of the necessarily limited variations on outcomes that an MMO can offer.

This is what i did on my newly vet stamplar:

-Main xp comes from random normal/random vet dungeons and pledges. You need to levep up Undaunted anyways, so it's a win-win.

-Collect freestanding skyshards in vet zones for skill points. I do not go out of my way to collect skyshards in solo dungeons or kill World Bosses unless they are right in my way. Doing super long main 'vision quests' for a skill point and nah xp is not worth it imo unless you are interested in the story line.

-Do Thieves Guild dailies - xp is not that great, but they take very little time and you level the skill line for a couple very useful perks like Force open lock and easier pickpocketing - my main source of money lately

    Hope it helps)
Skye Cloude - Sorc DPS, Master Crafter. Main, the bestest
Lae Lenne - Templar Healer Trial grade.
Dromede - Stamina Nightblade, she's a newb and doesn't know what she's doing
V'oghatta - Stamplar pretending to be a tank
Ulville Thonvella - aspiring Fire Mage, be careful around her fire sticks!
Dromedaris - lost and not found. Named after a shoe, what else can you expect from her? A proper tank in her wildest dreams
Swims-Naked - too pretty to grind, too silly to quest.
Sun Flair - Dunmer Templar that can't spell for life. To bad she's too broke to afford a name change... Well, at least she's pretty...

Yo start gaining champion points after level 50, which is the leveling mechanic that wI'll replace vet ranks, so you would be well served to keep playing that char to level up instead of starting a new one.
