Crit Rush suffering from 'Topling Charge bug'

Hey all,
I've been running my stamplar build with Crit Rush for the past week in PvP (both Cyro and IC) and I multiple times suffered the same bug as with Topling Charge. I.E. my character starts the animation, but doens't charge towards my target. I can't do anything, not use skills, dodge or block. Only thing that remedies it is using a potion. If you're potion is on CD it's gg.
Starting noticing this after TG DLC. Anyone else have this problem. Searched the forums, but found nothing but old posts.
