Maybe said player was just saying that as a joke. "No ETA." is a bit of a meme around here due to it being said so often during a certain ESO Live, since then people say it in threads when anyone asks a question with the word 'when' in it :P0 -

Except that the stream is done by the Customer service reps not the programmers, so technically they are to busy to be doing their job??Being First is not the prize, it just mean's everyone can stab you in the back.0
