Man I would hate to be a judge.
Maybe we should remember this is a game after all in the end.

If ZeniMax terminates Your Account, You may not use any Service again without ZeniMax's express written permission.

What exactly has he contributed to except people leaving the game? Ridiculous that because the guy is a streamer he can bypass rules and gets bans removed.

Don't punish everyone because there are a few baddies.
The interesting thing is many of the streamers take money then have "raffles" for in-game gold. I would like to zos to explain how that is any different from gold farming. The major issue that someone who has been clearly violating the rules on multiple times keeps getting breaks while people with less offenses don't. It displays zos' lack of integrity as individuals and as a company.
People arent rewarded in game money from the raffles. They are completely separate from each other.
Why you trying to link Sypher to TOS breaking activities?!
I never said sypher nor did I say tos don't place words in my mouth. I know what I said; I am very particular with my words.
These sites and services are not for use as corporate, business, commercial, or income seeking activities.

It goes far deeper then that.
Read up on Copyright Law

All these streamers are literally walking lawsuits waiting to happen. Unless you have a letter in writing from the game publisher granting you a license to stream that content, you are violating Copyright Law and can be sued at any time. Its really crazy the liability they have opened themselves up to.
who knows, "shrugs" ZOS's legal team could be waiting till the game is finished, then file lawsuits against all the streamers to extract money from them on the grounds of Copyright...why not...the law says they have exclusive rights to that content including profiting off it...it would be well within their rights to...
if your a streamer i would suggest talking to a Copyright Attorney...if you don't have written permission its almost a forgone conclusion your violating Copyright and are liable if you were to be sued...i'd do everything i could to avoid potential litigation...
In some countries, the TOS may not apply as a binding legal contract. Since most legal contracts require you have the ability to negotiate changing parts of the document so that both parties agree.
ESO TOS, after rereading quickly, says you agree to forgo this legal negotiating right.
In general, these quick TOS agreements really need a revision and review against an updated Gamer/digital-consumer Bill of Rights.

People will sometimes share their account info so another individual or entity can power level their characters. This was the case. It can be attributed to the straight up lazy characterization of not wanting to level up his own characters.
You have been after me for 2 years now. I respect your determination to try to end me.
Letting my brothers have my ps4 to play ESO on my character is a bit of a stretch to compare it with "power leveling" services companies offer in return for $.
Again, I respect your determination to hunt me down.

Firstly, no one is "trying to end you". No one is hunting you down. Let's try to not be overdramatic here. You don't have to do a ton of searching or spend any effort to find these things. A simple "crawl" with "Sypher+Account Sharing" pulls up plenty of pages on the net. I don't claim to be clairvoyant but I'd imagine the ban was due to having someone level your character(s?) for you on the PC megaserver. Not the little brother PS4 sob story you told to get sympathy.
Take a look at the chat that you carelessly forgot to cover. It sure looks like you're having someone progress your character to me. Even something as simple as grabbing skyshards takes time and increases the capability of your character thus is considered leveling. This video is from 2014 and the PS4 version of the game had not come out yet.

I wonder when the streamers "donations" are going to stop if they are going to bide by the rules.

I didn't cover because I didn't care to cover it (initially I did, but realized how silly I was being). Which is also the same reason I was open about using other peoples accounts to play on EU for example, or letting my brothers play my ps4 account for me.
Because... NO ONE cares about these things. (I got my final warning and I am taking it seriously)
Apparently you do though, going back 2 years just to pull a segment from a video.
Well played Sherlock.

@Sypher I've been meaning to ask you something for quite some time. Approximately how many free crowns is ZO$ dumping into your account, and what does it take to get special treatment from the staff of a game as big as TESO:TU?
Hypothetically speaking, if I became a big-time streamer... And I made sure to rip into the devs, but big-up the game when it was "hype time" (new DLC release periods)... Could I get special treatment as well? I mean sure. I'd be a subscriber to this company's game as well, and all that jazz. But seriously. Could I pull it off? Because I know people who probably dumped in way more: Effort, money, time, etc. and ZO$ still banned them like nothing. So please. Instruct us on the ways of having your hand held by ZO$. Better yet, make a YouTube video and do the whole "Be sure to hit that like button and subscribe for more—" bit. It'll get you more likes and comments as per usual.
You even went to extremes such as banning Sypher for game sharing. Cool. You just made more people hate you. No, not dislike. Hate. You're making people HATE you.

You use my name and me getting banned to rally people to your side, acting like you are outraged/angered by this decision. Yet you come onto this thread and talk all this nonsense?
Must be hard walking around with two faces.

Only the ones ZOS is paying to play the game.

But just because hes a streamer he can't break the rules like he can't glitch too where game masters hang out and get away with it. Which is why this may not be special treatment.

Anyone whose ESO account is suspended or banned may appeal the decision via our Support Portal. We can and do give players another chance when the situation warrants it.

I would love to. I honestly would. However, after it taking me 250+ runs to get my Molag Kena helm and grinding it daily? I am taking a break from ESO. I'm ESO'd out. And I damn sure don't want to put-up with lag in Cyrodiil. Plus The Division has had an amazing update released, so I'm busy with that. Not to mention the new Dark Souls is out. So ESO can suck it at the moment.
HOWEVER! I have absolutely no problem arranging a battle with you once I'm back. And adding you on PSN to do this. You're not the only one who does 1vX. And no. It won't be 2v1. 1v1 is more than sufficient.
@Khamira $1 doesn't equal 1 zł. You're misleading people when you say you had to pay $230 for the box.
You see what I did here?
I switched from mine currency to "yours".
