Same as title. When I first hit Veteran 1 I got 20-40 CP (Can't Remember exact number)
So if I make another character and have it hit Veteran 1 will I still get 20-40 CP?

If you make another you'll be able to spend the CP you already have, then when you reach VR1 your xp will start counting towards your next CP.PC NA - EPHS1
