Swallow soul and CP

Do both 'blessed' and 'quick recovery' increase the healing from swallow soul? Or is it just one of them that does it?

I believe they both do...

But, the healing is a percentage of damage done, so buffing Elemental Expert increases damage and healing received, where blessed only buffs healing. Also, Ele Expert improves your resto staff abilities like Rapid Regen. You can pump into Quick Recovery, but Hardy/Ele Defender are extremely strong for mitigation, and imo are the better options.

I put 10 in Blessed and 0 in Quick Recovery, and have been comfortably beating vMA stacking heals (rapid regen, refreshing path, swallow soul) with 440k scores. I can outheal most damage.

Can anyone else confirm that quick recovery effects this? Primarily the points will go hardy/ele defender. But I like to have a little bit of a stronger heal to be on the safe side.

Quick recovery increases all incomming heals, blessed increases all outgoing heals, so yes, every self healing you do gets increased by both of them.

Elemental Expert and Elfborn also help because the healing from Swallow Soul scales off the dmg inflicted.
