[Bug Report] The Disappearing Quest NPC, Act 2

First it was the Daily Quest givers of Wrothgar, now it's The Covetous Countess in Rawl'kha awaiting the Laundered Goods. This time though it seems relogging doesn't fix her... Unlike the Wrothgar NPCs though this one completely vanished rather than get stuck in a floor or ceiling. I attempted to change zones but that didn't work either. Out of options I abandoned the quest and returned to the Thieves Guild to pick it back up but got a safebox quest instead.

Please fix this Zenimax, and hopefully before Dark Brotherhood...

    Bumping to make sure this report is seen as this issue still occurs. Even tried closing the game out entirely and logging back in afterward and STILL nothing.

    Wait just noticed it says Baandari Trading Post instead of Rawl'kha, yet the marker is AT Rawl'kha... So turns out it's a quest marker issue.

    I had the same issue!! Sent in a ticket, got an answer to relog/restart the game. Of course, nothing changed

    @UltimaJoe777 please let us know if you found the NPC.

    I'm all for puzzles and hide-and-seek, but that's what quest area bubbles are for, not quest marks :/
    Skye Cloude - Sorc DPS, Master Crafter. Main, the bestest
    Lae Lenne - Templar Healer Trial grade.
    Dromede - Stamina Nightblade, she's a newb and doesn't know what she's doing
    V'oghatta - Stamplar pretending to be a tank
    Ulville Thonvella - aspiring Fire Mage, be careful around her fire sticks!
    Dromedaris - lost and not found. Named after a shoe, what else can you expect from her? A proper tank in her wildest dreams
    Swims-Naked - too pretty to grind, too silly to quest.
    Sun Flair - Dunmer Templar that can't spell for life. To bad she's too broke to afford a name change... Well, at least she's pretty...

    Yeah it was just a matter of misplaced marker. If it says deliver it to Rawl'kha you will find the Countess in her usual spot. If it says deliver it to Baandari Trading Post and you don't see that and assume Rawl'kha you will see the marker in the usual Rawl'kha spot but no NPC, which can lead anyone to believe what I did at first. Likewise if you are supposed to go to Rawl'kha and instead go to Baandari Trading Post you would likely see the marker in that spot too but no NPC.
