ZOS enough is enough! Fix yourselves and THEN fix this game. I'm tired of this. What is "this"? This is everything. Literally everything.
I'm tired of doing dungeons constantly back-after-back, and get nothing in return. I've been running Veteran White Gold Tower for 4 weeks straight on PS4 (NA), and haven't gotten the helm yet. My guild thought it was a good idea to record the amount of times done until received. I'm on run this dungeon 277 times. No helm has dropped. Nothing. This is NOT okay. I don't care what you say. RNG is broken. Meanwhile people are having them drop fin their first run, and getting it constantly? Really? But, I can do it constantly — and get nothing in return? It feels like I'm being spit on constantly for my effort.
I'm tired of you not fixing PVP, and mistreating the people who partaking in it. Ignoring the obvious class flaws, and refusing to fix the lag. It's discussing it. And then having the audacity to say something literally as stupid as you're making a reverse slash a Zerg buster. It's not funny, it's not cute, it's not disgusting. Stop the bandaid fixes, stop pushing content, and fix what is already out.
I'm tired of you bullying the Templars, and driving their class into the dirt further and further. The class unbalance is the worse it has ever been, and you're making it worse with each DLC. Stop with the focus on vanity items, and look at the classes. Balance them. Not nerf things constantly, and putting up silly "fixes" like what you did to Magelight. But actually fix the classes.
Seriously Zenimax. Fix your game. There are threads appearing right and left of people refusing to sub anymore, and of them leaving this game. You even went to extremes such as banning Sypher for game sharing. Cool. You just made more people hate you. No, not dislike. Hate. You're making people HATE you. You have people on: Console, forums, and Mac/PC comparing your company to EA Games and other hated companies. Someone called you all the demented clone of Comcast, but for gaming in the area chat one day. Get. Your. ****. Together.

Don't even say magicka DK bla bla only buffs magic DKs got was 2 skills that boost spell power and crit that's it and even then what about stamina DKs you know the DK tanks ? OP, as far as I know, there is never a guarantee with the helm(Not even a guarantee after 200 tries). There just isn't. I've been doing dungeons for the past year and still haven't got the helm. But I'm okay with that. The less you expect something, the greater you'll feel when you actually get what you wanted.
Keep going, you'll get it. Or forget it. It's just a piece of armor.

Some people just get the short end of the stick and get nothing while others run the dungeon for the first time and get the helm. And others seem to get it every single run. That's just silly.
Dungeons need a token system... like each mob drops a few tokens and the bosses drop many... and final bosses can drop a few 100-1000 tokens... have em be a currency like gold, AP and TV stones... not those stupid trophies.
And have the set pieces cost 10,000-30,000 tokens depending on the difficulty of the dungeon.
And have this on top of the very rare set piece drops from the final boss and the keys.
If you get the piece you want off a drop or the keys... great but if not... you can buy them with tokens... so all those runs would not have been wasted. Fast way, but rare, way to get em and a slow, but sure, way to get em.Edited by KhajiitiLizard on April 14, 2016 5:40AM11 -

Tbh with you, this game was great at first but now its "........." when its true colours are exposed, once you reach the game cap.
Its not what one would call as a true MMO game, maybe spell crating will fix this boredom or overhaul of this game.

Seriously, you have the same chance of getting the helm as anyone else, and if people just play with a pinch of creativity or conviction, every class is capable of greatness right now. I've seen every class fill every possible role in PvP at the very least and still wreck face, I have both been wrecked by and wrecked every type of build out there. If you think you're being dragged through the dirt, my only answer is this - get good hun. Other players are managing it with a vast variety of different builds, you can too!
I don't know things look in trials, but I have seen every class fill every role in all the vet dungeons. It's doable love! You can do it! Might be time for you to find another game.
I don't mean that in a nasty way either but this game does have issues and they obviously arent being fixed quick enough.......though in the case of the helm bad luck isn't really the devs fault.
Maybe if you put your fixes forward for class balance in a constructive way the devs would take note, who knows. They face an impossible task in this aspect of the game do I don't ever expect the classes to be truly balanced.

I've seen it said in here before, but I'll point it out again because there are so many people saying that RNG is UNFAIR because they didn't get something as quickly as someone else did...
It's not unfair, it's random.
You are just being paranoid in seeing if you believe this completely random force is deliberately penalising you. It's just like the lottery, what would you say to someone who threw their toys out of the pram because they didn't win the lottery? would you agree that the lottery is broken?
I understand it is frustrating when someone else gets something you want thanks to good luck, and it may feel unfair, but RNG actually makes the game fairer because it slows down the hardcore gamers and stops them streaking ahead of the more casual gamers, keeping the game competitive and popular.
Having disagreed with the OP first point let me disagree with the rest. I think the game still has popularity because it is constantly developing, there are problems, but every week there are new fixes. If I had 4 weeks when I had nothing else to do, I would probably spend all that time on ESO like the OP.#1 tip (Re)check your graphics settings periodically - especially resolution.6 -
Cimadon✭✭✭Maybe a pity timer for boss drops would be preferable? Like, if you haven't gotten the helm from the RNG within 49 attempts, you would be garanteed to get it on the 50th attempt.
