I hate to burst your bubble, but the "limited-time" pets and mounts are working as intended. They are limited-time in the sense that if you don't buy them from the crown store before they disappear, you won't get a chance again (well, maybe). One you buy them, they're yours.
It's not as if you buy them and then they disappear after 30 days of use. Because that would ... suck.
So you can enjoy that black jaguar mount as long as you own your account!!

If you're referring to the mounts I believe were released again on PC after being limited the 1st time I believe it was because they were out before consoles were released.PC NA - EPHS0 -
