Have you by chance gon through the troubleshooting steps?

I assume that opening ports was part of your troubleshooting steps, but just in case for some reason it wasn't, I will suggest it.

Sadly they do not have the best connections on their end, there may be nothing you can do but hope they fix it .

This has been my experience regularly for weeks now.
In fact the XP week I was planning on leveling a new character on I have not been able to take advantage of as I get disconnected every few minutes. Half the time I get kicked to login screen without an error message or anything, other times I get kicked for "spamming" when I am doing no such thing.

I can't tell if it's ESO or Comcast... both seem to be heaping ****piles at times. You will be lucky to get a response from a ZOS employee on this matter.
If I were a betting man, I would say it's your ISP, especially if it's comcast. However if this only happens in Cyrodiil it's ESO.

Although it annihilated the download speed, the last server maintenance seems to have fixed the ping spikes.
