The physics with jumping and movement feels perfect now, thank you! This also seems to have improved Critical Charge as well although there are still some problems in narrow passageways where it fails.

Unless they manage to push it through third party verification don't expect it until Dark Brotherhood.

Yes it has been vastly improved on the pc patch that came through, no more sticky walls, and you can even ride a horse now without stopping on every little blade of grass, it's fantastic :D . Well hopefully they can get it out to you console folks soon.

So they fixed the screw-up they made trying to stop people from going out of bounds AND fixed the "gravity" bug? I too hope this is true. The gravity bug is bob awful...

As in my own thread, I disagree that it is "nailed," just better. I hope they feel encouraged, I just PRAY they don't feel finished. HORSES feel perfect. My worry is that the code for horse jumping is tied to person jumping. The person jumps still result in a 'float' that screw up any feeling of smooth game play, and breaks immersion. That said, it's on the right track. PLEASE guys, keep tweaking. I just started ESO after watching the ups and downs from afar the past 2 years. I'm working on a comprehensive review for my YouTube Channel, kind of a "Two Years After Launch, Here's Where They Are" review. This issue is part of any serious review.

Just to clarify, this "float" you are experiencing, does it seem like there is not enough gravity now as opposed to there being too much before? Personally, I'd rather keep what we have now than risk going the other direction again. I can handle a little bit of float if it helps me get over that blade of grass or tiny rock I used to get stuck on.

*cackles* Silly console people. You get all our bugs and later fixes. Revenge for depriving us PC players of content for almost a year!

As to charge, I actually think the charge issues are different from the jump issue.

If by the title you mean my character's left foot, then OP is spot on.

Sorry to sound negative, but I really don't notice any difference in jumping than from before the patch. I still struggle to get over obstacles as any touch of collision completely stops forward momentum, and pressing a direction after jumping results in a straight up and down, with no slow ramping forward momentum like other titles.

I don't miss jumping in Skyrim where you could practically levitate in multiple directions in mid air, but something like WoW, where you could ever-so-slightly modify your trajectory mostly on the forward or backward access, to fine-tune how far you were jumping.

Heck I don't even really care about that, as it isn't very realistic when you think about it. But the dead stops jumping a two foot stone wall do kinda bug me.

Also, sprinting and then jumping still seems to result in a normal run speed jump, which feels a little off.

I don't notice any difference. Mount still randomly slows down, and jumping still sucks.

It seems fall damage is a bit broken now, fall height is reset when you touch a wall while falling even without the weird slow-fall.

Well I do have an Argonian named Speaks-Too-Soon. I guess this could be one of those moments, but so far it seems greatly improved to me. But then again, so many things have been broken long enough now that I'll accept just about any measure of improvement as a small victory at this point.
