GREAT JOB ON JUMPING FIX!!!!!

I'm new to the game, been in game for the past week. Along with most the usual gripes and differing tastes people have, my main big complaint about the game was the jumping physics. I've been playing GW2 for the past year, and, well, their jumping is phenomenal, really a fun component of getting around as well as part of the game objectives. When I got to ESO it was not only a disappointment, it really seemed crazy broken. There was this surreal float when you jumped, totally unrealistic, and it, as you know, would prevent you from jumping up clearly accessible areas. This kind of impediment to just smoothly getting around a world is infrastructure, and affects every aspect of the experience. With today's patch, I was so pleased to see it greatly improved! There is still the unnatural, smoothness-breaking float, but it's a little less now, and we can really jump where we need to. Could it be better, yes. But this fix is a fantastic step in the right direction! Kudos all around, and Thanks!!

    Likewise.

Thank you, ZOS! Not perfect yet, but a huge improvement nonetheless! :D

I don't feel much difference. I still break momentum in midair like Im jumping through a waterwall.

I believe they left the terrain just sticky enough for all of us hill surfing enthusiasts out there who like to dive off cliffs and surf the mountain all the way down, while fixing the jumping and movement (even mounted). Your horse can now climb stairs and won't get stuck on a random blade of grass. You can navigate through narrow corridors without getting grabbed by a nearby wall and sticking to it for 30 seconds while you "Matrix" your way down. Just when you thought Stranglers were bad enough, you had to be equally suspicious of walls and obstacles :D . Those will be some memorable times at least.

Yep. And at any other spots, I feel no difference either while jumping. Not in the slightest. It's the same like before the last patch on my end.
