Good point. Can't have it both ways.
Either it's all cool and no one should get upset, or it isn't and calling people out is naming and shaming.
By closing that thread ZoS is implicitly stating that it is not a fair tactic.

in war you have traitors, spy's and such
i can understand your frustration, but there is really nothing zos can do about it without someone getting butthurt
from what i know though, that guy must have alot of AP to switch campaigns on two characters, since unless something has changed since i last pvp'ed, no two characters on the same account can be on the same pvp server.
to switch off on the main then switch back, and switch on and off on the alt thats cheating, takes alot of Alliance points.
He is 'paying' for his cheating, but he must find the cost acceptable or something

They just changed it in their latest patch such that you can now have multiple characters of different alliances on the same campaign, and a lot of people (myself included) are very unhappy about it.

I don't know what you're talking about and it's possible you're correct, but at least in my experience this isn't even remotely true (any more than it's true of all alliances anyway) and is a gross generalization. I play on Xbox though so maybe on your platform there does happen to be an inordinate number of DC cheaters, but that seems unlikely to me and as a DC loyalist (and a player utterly committed to fair play) I take offense to your assertion.
