Loot drop after merchant release

Has anyone noticed the significant increase in the amount of loot you get from killing npc around tamriel? I've noticed huge increase since merchant and banker release, I'd say about 60% more loot. Is this a conspiracy?

Cant say I have seen a difference ,but I stay mostly in cyrodil where the dolmens refuse to give up their bounty .0
