Fail to load players and NPCs

Everytime I log into the game the game doesn't properly load some elements. I can't see obstacles that are supposed to be there, NPCs are invisible, players are also invisible but I can see some players however their appearance is only a silhouette with weapons. Then after a while (like 2-5 minutes) a random loading screen will pop-up and it loads the missing elements. Obstacles, NPCs, Enemies, they all suddenly appear and players aren't a silhouette anymore they have their proper gear on. Also, while PVPing I get random loading screens which mostly kills me. Anyone else experiencing this? Anyone able to fix it? Thanks for the response.

The black silhouette players and non rendered NPC's are part of a fix to long load screens. ( I believe I saw this on ESO-Live a while back but could be mistaken). IMO, it's better to be in world and have black / invisible things for a minute or two vs. sitting in a never ending load screen. For me the textures load fairly quickly. Never had to wait 5 minutes for them.
Now random load screens in Cyrodiil, well, yup! And they suck!..Lol! I was having serious issues right after TG. Load screen sometimes every 20 seconds. As soon as I engage a enemy, and die, riding my horse, just total random. And they were soooo long! 5 minutes+. But! I have not had as many issues of late. My last night of PvP, I only had a few random load screens and they were just a few seconds long. Hope they get better for you too and hope this helps..Huzzah!
