Werewolf or Vampire?

Hey guys. First of all, I´d like to celebrate that I reached veteran 1 on my nightblade! First character I ever did (yay!) and that I still, do not know a single thing about how to manage end game (boo)

But the point was, which is preferred? I as a player tend to lean more for PVE then PVP but in ESO the PVP is to damn juicy to pass up. I have a stam NB with dual wielding (swords/daggers) and a bow for long range.

Should I maybe just pass up on being a freak at all and continue to be a pure blood cat? I am a bit unsure also on how to progress in the game right now as I reached vet 1, but for now I will just tidy up Thiefs guild and maybe manage another skill relocating. Maybe look up a guide and see how to play a NB

Thanks for any and all answers, keep your purse close ;P

Stamina? Go werewolf for the regeneration passive.

Logically a stamina base stamblade would go with werewolf and a magicka based magblade would go with vampire. In either case they both have benefits such as mag/stam regen that hurts neither. Vampires weakness to fire and fighters guild is the down side of choosing that path. Look at the passives and the abilities to see if you will even use them or if they are worth the vulnerabilities to you.

I didn't choose tank life, tank life chose me.

And you need skills slotted from either to be able to use the passives. And vamp will always have the weaknesses. With WW it means you will lose all utility from one or both of your ulti's. I like the stam regen boost, so I have the WW slotted twice and it is also a very effective oh **** button. Can't say anything about vamp as I don't have one.

If playing a wolf or vamp isn't something you've been looking forward to doing as part of your game, I'd hold off. If pvp is here new to you, there's a bunch of new stuff to learn about Cryodiil and being a vamp especially won't make it any easier with increased damage taken from Dawnbreaker. You've still got 15 vet ranks to go, so plenty of time to make that decision while you learn how end game works. Dungeons and pledges, if you haven't tried them, pvp, since it sounds like you haven't been there and getting a good build you're comfortable with before adding another twist.

If playing a wolf or vamp is something you've been wanting to try, vamp goes well with magicka and wolf with stamina. To get the passive bonus for vamp, you need to have at least one skill on your active bar and for the stam recovery on werewolf, you need to have the ultimate slotted. I've been planning on turning my magblade vampire for a while now, but haven't gotten to it yet. But just my two gold of course :)
