F1 Customer Support help gone

When pressing F1, Customer Support had a search bar that gave deeper explainations to important in-game mechanics such as how skill damage works.
I tried recently to find that information again but somehow it does not exist anymore.
Why would ZOSE take away official good source of information and where can this information be found?
And does anybody think that it should come back?

They recently changed their help and bug reporting system. It looks like the old system used a built in web server and client to display web forms for input. They changed it to use the native UI interface, which is probably just Lua code. When they did that, a lot of the capabilities and the appearance changed.XBox EU/NA:@ElsonsoJannus
