The word you're looking for is "maybe", it'd require A LOT of skill though.
Valrien Dravic -- Level 50 Dunmeri Sorcerer (EP)
Garahel Dravic -- Level 50 Bosmeri Nightblade (EP)
Tamriel Unlimited was a mistake. One Tamriel was a bigger mistake

Only way to work is with 5 pc magnus 4 pc seducer if you want heavy
Otherwise the cost of skills is too high and regen is too low
Dump everything i magician and then rest in arcanist

Youre gonna hit like a noodle tho
May the Schwartz be with you.

What I am currently doing on my Magicka DK Is running 5 piece light seducer and 4 piece magnus (chest and legs heavy with reinforced) on my S&B bar. I also run destro on my second bar, he is only VR1 but i have 389 CP's.
Your build, if played well, can be incredibly strong. You should be able to out-sustain lots of stamina AND magicka builds. Not just out-sustain for your own benefit but also for your group. You can basically spam obsidian shield offering tons of mitigation to others. You can tank with the best of um as you can also spam your armor that gives you a damage shield (can't remember name).
Talons is also one of the best control spells in the game. Use it to burn through opponents stamina pools. Reflective scales is broken right now as it charges you the cost of the reflected spell but i STILL use it, it is just too strong a spell. Flame lash is what you use to DPS as soon as you know that your enemy has no stamina left, until then stack those DOT's and time them stuns. You may not have high burst damage but my philosophy is "who needs burst when you have more mitigation and sustain", that is how you truly win in ESO.

Played since beta, and then on console at release, until the game became unplayable on console.

Thanks for the reply, I'd love to know more about your build. I presume there would be a bit of a learning curve to get used to it but I'd really like to give it a go. What's you bar set up like and what traits would you put on your gear? Would you recommend vamp?
