Can anyone confirm unequivocally that Worms, Hercines, and Ebon drop as Jewelry & Wpns?

Looking for confirmation that the Worm's Raiment, Hercine's Veneer, and Ebony Armory sets drop as jewelry and weapons. I remember reading that when it scaled to V16, jewelry and weapons would be added to the loot table, but I cannot find pics or any sort of confirmation this is true.
