How to start "Prison Break"?

How do I start the Thieves Guild quest "Prison Break"?

It's not available. How do I trigger it?

Did you do the Forever Hold Your Peace quest? That triggers it.
Did you talk to Silver Claw again?
Do this:
1.Talk to Silver-Claw.
2.Make preparations for Zeira's rescue.
3.Head to No Shira Citadel and find a way inside.
4.Go to Chief Inspector Rhanbiq's office.
5.Speak to Magnifica Falorah.
6.Enter No Shira Prison.
7.Find Zeira's Cell Block.
8.Decide the former guildmaster's fate.
9.Rescue Zeira from the prison ship.
10.Escape No Shira Citadel.
11.Talk to Zeira at the Thieves Den

I already resolved the quest given by Silver Claw. I was told to be contacted later on.

Do I have to have a certain level in the TG? Last night I did all repeatable quests, but nothing new was available.

Hi,
i am getting the same problem, when i talk to silver claw he tells me he is happy as an honorary member of this august organization.

Done all the quests before this and the last being "Forever Hold Your Peace quest"

I'm having the same problem as Tatt2. Is it a known bug? I'm on PS4.

You need to level up your reputation with the Thieves Guild. All of a sudden the quests gets activated then.

I think I could start it once I reached level 10 in the thieves guild skill line

Yes some of the main quest lines are tied to your thieves guild level. Thus if you do not get an option for another quest run a few repeatables and they should show up.
