Just curious and unfortunately I'm at work and limited on my time to research it. Just curious if it works and if it's decent enough to increase survivabilty with jabs. Thanks in advance for any help!

Probably the worst skill in the game. You will get a single small heal (less than a regeneration tick) from those 4 jabs that hit the target.Make Rush of Agony "Monsters only." People should not be consecutively crowd controlled in a PvP setting. Period.0 -

✭✭✭✭✭Quick Siphon got nerfed so hard a couple months after launch, nobody uses it anymore. It's a shame, too, because it used to be awesome. It used to proc on pretty much everything! There was a video somewhere of some guy soloing all the mobs at Aetherian Archive back in early 2014, but by the time I was able to level up my Resto Staff, it was already nerfed, LOL.#CAREBEARMASTERRACE0
