bucket loads of new motifs to grind out (Yokudan, Morag Tong, RaGada, etc.)
remove Vat ranks (we know) and the huge new grind this will introduce to get CP's so you can wear armour at "future levels"
- don't foget if they are proposing 10 CP's per armour level then for a lot of peeps that is equivalent to get 10 Vet levels of XP
dull dailies going round all the old zones assassinating target
if we are lucky 1 or 2 Gold Key versions of existing Undaunted Dungeons with new sets (sets already data mined)
no house, barber shop race change (not happening)
more expensive rubbish in Crown Store
and most useful is the crafting bag

Actually, zone wise, I think Gold Coast of Cyrodiil (if you look at the map) should be almost the equivalent of zones like Bangkorai, Greenshade, Shadowfen etc.
Removal of Vet Ranks, some fun murder contracts, and I am willing to bet (if I cam correct about zone size) more than two world bosses and delves, crafting bags for subscribers too. Crown store fluff, some Stamina buffs. That kind of thing.

Bethesda have another big E3 press event in June this year, so expect a showcase of their next big DLC then, probably releasing around September/October. That's the one to expect changes like player housing, barber shops, and PVP additions from. My money is on Vvardenfell as the setting, for the nostalgia hit and the fact that they can re-use quite a few existing assets from some of the zones.
I expect it to be released after I get my tax return so I can buy myself a laptop that can actually handle this *** game!
A laptop is not really what is good for games like this, if you want to run it on ultra graphics - even they can handle it seen from the hardware, the heat which comes with the demanding graphics is somewhat stuck inside the limited casing of a laptop and if you ever are not careful enough and cover up the ventilation slits, your laptop will die pretty quickly. Better buy a gaming desktop.
