- Removal of Veteran Ranks
- Improved performance in Cyrodiil
- New capture mechanics in Cyrodiil (I know, not realistic)
- New Skills
- New repeatable endgame content
- A new zone to explore, at least the size of Hew's Bane (fantastic if it were the size of Wrothgar)
- No Bind on Pickup or a system where you can choose which reward you get at least to some degree.
- Some new item customization options (update level of an item, change trait and armor weight for certain items, change appearance of an item to that of any other item of the same type, multiple variants of costumes so you can choose out of several colors. Any of these options would be a lot more meaningful than a barber shop to me. All item modifications should consume some new dropped rare materials; I've made a detailed suggestion for a system like this here before).
Edit: What I do NOT expect:
- 20 hours of one-time solo quests. It's not that I hate those quests, but that's not what's most important to me in an MMOG and I'd rather have the development time and effort invested into making those quests invested into repeatable content systems that keep me interested in the new DLC, and the game in general, for more than 20 hours.

small zone (few quests)
2 delves
bucket loads of new motifs to grind out (Yokudan, Morag Tong, RaGada, etc.)
remove Vat ranks (we know) and the huge new grind this will introduce to get CP's so you can wear armour at "future levels"
- don't foget if they are proposing 10 CP's per armour level then for a lot of peeps that is equivalent to get 10 Vet levels of XP
dull dailies going round all the old zones assassinating target
if we are lucky 1 or 2 Gold Key versions of existing Undaunted Dungeons with new sets (sets already data mined)
no house, barber shop race change (not happening)
more expensive rubbish in Crown Store
and most useful is the crafting bag
I expect it to be released after I get my tax return so I can buy myself a laptop that can actually handle this *** game!
